Naomi Pohl, Deputy General Secretary of the Musicians Union, now campaigning to become its first female General Secretary;

Olga FitzRoy, Executive Director of the Music Producers Guild and founder of Parental Pay Equality; and

Nadia Khan: Founder of Women in CTRL, campaigner for diversity, equity, gender parity and representation.
